The First Chicago Branch Community of Christ is a small but friendly congregation of people from all walks of life. A warm sense of family is prominent among those who worship together to continually rediscover God's call to this world.

2. Shepherd ministry using small groups/cells focusing on outreach to others and a mentoring approach to ministry to all ages and groups.
3. Discovery of Spiritual gifts for enthusiastic use to enrich the life of the community.
4. Youth Ministry of outreach and special events.
5. Response to key community needs and/or specific age groups within three miles of the church.
6. Through active participation of all, a clear purpose of the church mission and calling.
